What stays on your device
Everything you enter into the tool is processed in your browser. Saved work is kept in your browser's local storage and never sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes it.
That includes the names, family members and vendor contacts you type into the timeline, shot list and run sheets, your budget, and your bar calculations. The town search downloads a list of places from this site and searches it on your device; using “Use my location” asks your browser for your position, which is used only to calculate sun times and is not sent anywhere.

“Copy share link” packs your plan into the part of the link after the #. Browsers do not send that part to the server, so the plan is
not stored by us — but anyone you give the link to can read it, including names on the shot list. Downloaded backups and calendar files are created
on your device.
What we store
- Beta list. If you join it, we store your email address, the option you picked and the page you joined from, to email you about this tool. Nothing else, and we never sell or share it.
- Anonymous usage counts. When you use a feature we record the event name, the page and your country (from the network). No cookies, no identifiers, no IP addresses, nothing you typed.

Your rights
To see or delete your beta-list entry, use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply to it, and we will delete it within 30 days.
